What we collect
The details you give us through Find my EV or Ask WEEV: your name, email, mobile, postcode, your answers about the car you're after, and anything you write in the notes. We also record basic campaign information such as how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
To prepare your shortlist, answer your question, and follow up about it. If you've asked for finance, trade-in or charging help, we use it to arrange that too.
Who we share it with
Only where it's needed to do what you've asked — for example a finance partner or a dealer we're sourcing a specific car from, and our service providers who host this site and our systems. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or unsubscribe at any time. Email us and we'll action it.
